Introducing our latest arrival: the Brazil TOPAZIO – named after the precious gemstone topaz, symbolizing its radiant and refined qualities. This exceptional coffee is sourced from the renowned Pinhal Farm in Sul de Minas, Brazil, grown at an altitude of 950-1150 meters above sea level (MASL).

We roast this coffee to a medium or a dark profile, revealing its rich taste notes of hazelnut, dried apricot, and the smooth depth of bakers chocolate.

Each batch is freshly roasted in Singapore and carefully crafted to deliver a perfectly balanced cup that highlights the natural flavors of Brazil’s finest beans.
