This is a single-origin blend, comprising coffee beans from Boquete in the coffee-growing region of Panama.

Brisas is Spanish for Breeze. Boquete is where the coffee-beans are from.

• Caturra Honey comes from Finca (Farm) Feryen in Volcancito, in Boquete.
• Catuai Washed comes from the well-known Don Pepe Estate in Boquete.

Blending Catuai and Caturra can result in a well-balanced coffee with a mix of desirable characteristics. Here's why these two varietals complement each other:

Balance of Acidity and Sweetness

• Catuai: Known for its bright acidity and structured body, which provides a lively and clean cup.
• Caturra: Offers a sweeter profile with softer acidity, adding a smooth and rounded mouthfeel.
